The property is situated close to Roanhead Beach on the West Coast of England, overlooking the Irish seas. Further afield you can discover one of many National Trust Sites within the Lake District. 

Please note: this property has a 10pm outdoor curfew at the property after which guests must stop using the hot tub and not cause any disturbance to the neighbours. The property is not suitable for events such as Hen or Stag dos. 

Valley View and Clarence House are both situated on the same grounds and each have their own private gardens. The properties can be booked together to provide accommodation for up to 42 guests over 19 bedrooms.
