The main house provides a large open plan living area on the ground floor which consists of cosy seating area, dining area and a modern fully equipped kitchen. Within the main house there are 5 bedrooms. The annexe provides a second living area, a family bathroom and 3 bedrooms. 

Externally you will find a patio, hot tub, ample seating and large grassed lawns, making the property perfect for multi-generational gatherings. 

The property is located in Dalton-in-Furness which is nestled between the national parks of the Yorkshire Dales and the Yorkshire Moors, making this the perfect base for exploring many of the nearby walking trials. There are also many local market towns, a nature reserve and South Lakes Safari Zoo nearby. 

The property is situated close to Roanhead Beach on the West Coast of England, overlooking the Irish seas. Further afield you can discover one of many National Trust Sites within the Lake District. 

Please note: this property has a 10pm outdoor curfew at the property after which guests must stop using the hot tub and not cause any disturbance to the neighbours. The property is not suitable for events such as Hen or Stag dos. 

Clarence House and Valley View are both situated on the same grounds and each have their own private gardens. The properties can be booked together to provide accommodation for up to 42 guests over 19 bedrooms.
