1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions
2. The prize draw is free to enter
3. This prize draw is open to anyone over the age of 18
4. Only one entry per person will be accepted for the prize draw
5. The prize draw is open from 1st June 2022 and ends at 11.59pm on the 30th November 2022
6. The prize is an Amazon or Tesco or Marks and Spencer voucher to the value of £100 and is non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered.
7. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
8. The winner of the draw will be selected at random after the close of the draw. We will contact the winner by email by the end of November 2022.
9. If we do not hear from any selected winner within 14 days of contact, the prize in question may be forfeited and an alternative winner selected
10. Book This House does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize
